Raja Fetah Singh Pilania (1874–1900)
Raja Fetah Singh Pilania was a ruler of the Pilania dynasty, who governed the estate of Sureti from 1874 to 1900. His reign is remembered as a period of stability and strong local administration during British rule in India.
Early Life
Raja Fetah Singh Pilania was born into the Pilania clan of the Jat community in Rajasthan. He was the son and successor of Raja Tara Singh Pilania. From an early age, he was trained in leadership, administration, and managing land and people.
Reign
He became ruler of Sureti in 1874. His rule lasted about 26 years and focused on maintaining peace and stability. Main features of his reign:
