Balkar Daholla (Balli Dhillon) son of Chaudhary Miyan Singh Dhillon a Hindu Jat from Dauhla village in Jind, Haryana. His brother is Maharaj (Baba) Birender Singh Dhillon, Chief of Dera Jagmalwali (Dhan Dhan Satguru) of Mastana ji Balochistani.

Politics

Balkar is State Executive Member of BJP. He contested MLA election from Uchana Kalan Vidhan Sabha in 2009 from BJP. In that election Om Prakash Chautala of INLD got 62,669 votes & Chaudhary Birender Singh Sheokand of Congress got 62,048 votes. Chaudhary Birender Singh lost by 621 votes otherwise he could have been Chief Minister of Haryana because Congress government was formed and OP Chautala became Leader of Opposition. Balkar Singh of BJP got 1,525 votes.
