Akansh Dhull, who secured AIR 3 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2025, is originally from Rohtak, Haryana. While he has roots in Rohtak, his family later settled in Panchkula, Haryana, which is often cited as his home town. He completed his schooling in Chandigarh.
